- As a reminder of what constitutes a catechumen or a candidate:
  
  catechumen = one who has never been baptized
  
  candidate = one who has already been baptized

  Indicate the number of individuals in each category.
  For any category in which you have no one in your OCIA process this year, please put a "0" in the space for that category.
  Type the names of your Catechumens (unbaptized) in the box provided for Catechumens.
  Type the names of your Candidates (already baptized) in the respective box provided for Candidates.

  If you are aware that a catechumen or candidate has circumstances (e.g., work schedule) that might prevent his/her participation in the celebration, please register them anyway and include them in your numbers.
  
  NOTE: This does not apply to someone who is awaiting an annulment; in that case the person should not be led to anticipate taking part in this celebration because the granting of an annulment decree is never certain unless and until it actually occurs.
